Dr. Terhakopian is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality and cost-effective medical care.

Dr. Terhakopian owns and operates this practice with NO interference from insurance companies. Here at AT Psychiatry, PLLC, he is fully focused on quality versus quantity, prioritizing personalized care and access over volume.

 

Due to this, we do not accept insurance payments, including Medicaid or Medicare. Patients who see Dr. Terhakopian at AT Psychiatry, PLLC, are self-pay only. 

Due to Medicaid and Medicare rules, Dr. Terhakopian may not accept payment from patients who have these policies. Rules set in place by Medicaid and Medicare do not allow their clients to self-pay for medical services.

Some insurance companies provide what are called "out-of-network benefits" which may allow you to be reimbursed for payments made to AT Psychiatry, PLLC. If you have insurance and still want to see Dr. Terhakopian here at his private practice, please contact your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for the costs of seeing him at his private office.

To see Dr. Terhakopian at AT Psychiatry, PLLC, you may book an appointment and pay using PayPal or credit/debit card.

AT Psychiatry, PLLC, Cancellations and No-Show Policy: 

​

When you book an appointment with Dr. Terhakopian at his private office, time is dedicated to not only see you, but to prepare for your visit as well. Because we value your and Dr. Terhakopian's time, you will be expected to pay the full professional fee 48 hours before the day of your scheduled appointment.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee. If you fail to present to your appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will not receive a refund.  Both telephone and email are acceptable ways to alert us of a cancellation.
